EAC Global Inc. stands behind the quality of every product we supply. Due to the nature of industrial and electrical components, returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.
- Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided they are pre-authorized by EAC Global Inc.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging, including all documentation and accessories
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to shipping any goods back
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required
Returns shipped without authorization may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products
- Products that have been installed, energized, modified, or altered
- Electrical or industrial components showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling
- Clearance or discontinued items (unless otherwise stated)
- Software, digital products, or downloadable documentation
- Hazardous or regulated materials, unless defective
Custom or special-order items are non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or warranty claim.
- Defective or Warranty Claims
If a product is believed to be defective:
- Notification must be provided promptly upon discovery
- Products may be subject to manufacturer inspection and verification
- Resolution (repair, replacement, or credit) will follow manufacturer warranty terms
- Refunds, Credits & Restocking Fees
Once an authorized return is received and inspected:
- Approval or rejection will be communicated
- Approved returns will be issued as a credit to the original method of payment or customer account
- A restocking fee of up to fifty percent (50%) may apply, depending on product type, condition, and manufacturer requirements
- All original shipping, handling, and freight charges are non-refundable
EAC Global Inc. reserves the right to deduct the applicable restocking fee and any incurred costs from the total refund or credit.
- Shipping & Handling
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and freight costs, unless the return results from an EAC Global Inc. error or confirmed defect
- Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid
- Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
Shipping times for replacements or exchanges may vary based on carrier, location, and product availability.
